It is the first time that we are announcing a partnership here via this Blog on our website. Therefore, this announcement is something special to us. First, because it is the first partnership that we are entering with an organization that we are considering as a dedicated media platform for Calisthenics on an international level. Second, because this partnership represents the new chapter that we are working on currently, which is the expansion of Streetlifting and Calisthenics beyond the circles of our current community.

This being said, it is a pleasure for us to present Calisthenics Worldwide as our first official media partner for FinalRep. In this blog we will share something about the people behind Calisthenics Worldwide, how we got together and what we are working on.

(1) About Calisthenics Worldwide

From our perspective Calisthenics Worldwide is one of the biggest media platforms dedicated to Calisthenics with an international scope. Over 10+ years, they have built a brand that is known for highly valuable content to the Calisthenics Community. Their main focus: product reviews.

With their website – https://calisthenicsworldwide.com – they have created a space for knowledge space about various products across the Calisthenics market from general sport knowledge, training exercises, training programs and equipment reviews. Their structure is straight forward so that everyone who gets into Calisthenics can find what they need. On Social media they also have built a significant reach with 12.400+ subscribers on YouTube and 82.700+ Followers on Instagram

But hey: do they also make content about Streetlifting? Good point – that’s why we are here now 😉

(2) How we got together

In 2025, the first worldwide FinalRep Season included competitions in 14 different countries from 4 continents. One of these events was the Dutch Nationals 25, organized by the Netherlands Calisthenics Academy. Jelle, one of the team members from Calisthenics Worldwide (based in the Netherlands), joined the event team of this competition and commentated on the Livestream, produced by Rising Productions – Livestream DSN 25

A few weeks after the competition when we (FinalRep) had a feedback call with the organizers of the Dutch Nationals about their event, they mentioned that we should consider asking Jelle to join our event team for the WORLDS as well. Just a short checking of the livestream later, we contacted Jelle if he wants to be one of our main commentators of the livestream at the FinalRep WORLDS 25. And even after Jelle told us that there were a lot of things going on in his life at that moment, he still managed to join our team.

So then, there we are, at the biggest Streetlifting event in history so far, meeting us in person for the first time. What can we say – it was a perfect match! Jelle just jumped into the role of a professional commentator and supported our team on both days from the beginning to the very end … including the dismantling of the arena which we finished at 2:22 pm (as you can see in the CWW Instagram highlights :))

(3) Our first project

The experience of the FinalRep WORLDS was a marking moment for both FinalRep and Calisthenics Worldwide. On one side FinalRep has completed the first worldwide competition season and on the other side CWW got inspired so much about Streetlifting, that they decided to include Streetlifting in their future content as well.

Based on this great experience with the WORLDS 25, we both got together on a call and talked about our future plans. Quickly we both realized that we are on the same page, both on a personal and professional level.

So then, how do we start? When asking this question, we (FinalRep) already made plans about the Winter League 26, the first international Calisthenics Endurance competition season, carried out by our project team FR Street Workout. While the Winter League overall included 23 competitions across 10 countries worldwide, our main team managed to organize 17 competitions on their own within only 6 weeks. One part of this journey was a big tour covering 10 competitions in 2,5 weeks, driving over 4.000 kilometers across Europe. The last step (and final highlight) of this tour was our visit to the CWW Headquarters in Heerlen, the Netherlands.

Here we used this opportunity to get to know each other better, exchange ideas on how to grow Calisthenics and Streetlifting further and finally, we recorded two podcasts episodes – one about FinalRep and Streetlifting and one about Endurance Calisthenics and the first Winter League Season.

The first episode about Streetlifting is considered to be a well rounded recap of the first 5 years of FinalRep and offers some interesting behind-the-scenes insights of our daily work. Here you can watch this episode:

(4) Our plans for the future

As Jelle told us when we visited him and his teammates Jari and Yorick, he was completely hooked by his first two experiences in Streetlifting – the DSN25 and the WORLDS25. He was excited about the love and the effort that the organization of both events revealed to him – from athletes, coaches, brands and the organizers themselves. All these impressions combined, convinced him that Streetlifting is a big thing, worth investing time and energy in. And following the process of FinalRep over the last months, the numbers show that Streetlifting is a fast growing sport with huge potential.

In addition, we both consider the synergy between Streetlifting and Calisthenics (which is the basis of Streetlifting) as an important aspect of the future growth of both. That is why we both see a high value in entering a collaboration. We are looking forward to producing educational content on both Streetlifting and Calisthenics to create a high level of knowledge and a wider reach for the sport of Calisthenics and Streetlifting.

Let’s grow together! 🧡

Winter League 26 https://final-rep.com/winter-league-26/ Sat, 14 Feb 2026 08:34:07 +0000 https://final-rep.com/?p=8634

More than 5 years ago, FinalRep was founded with the vision to unite the Calisthenics sport worldwide. From the first day our clear focus was to raise Streetlifting as a professional and international well recognized sport. However, we always saw that the need for a well rounded competition structure in Endurance Calisthenics as well…

In this Blog we will introduce to you a project that we have initiated in 2023 after WORLDS 23.

If you are interested in Endurance Calisthenics, this article is a must read for you!

Back to the roots

The roots of Streetlifting are in the Calisthenics sport. Most of the people who are now into Streetlifting, have started by learning the movement through basic exercises in a classic Calisthenics Training. Since it is our vision as FinalRep to make Streetlifting a professional and international well recognized sport, we see it as our responsibility to create a system that engages as many people as possible. For us, this means to include the Endurance Calisthenics sport into our long-term growth strategy!

After our first attempt to raise Endurance Calisthenics competitions in 2021 under the name of „FinalRep Endurance“, we have paused this project for a few years due to a lack of ressources in our team. By today this played out well, because it created more space to focus on Streetlifting only.

How we started

In 2023, after WORLDS 23, we again got hooked by the idea of creating a worldwide and professional competition structure for Endurance Calisthenics as well. And as in the very beginning of FinalRep, this also started in Leipzig (Germany), with a small group of friends envisioning a big thing that is not yet existing. However, very soon we were clear that this is the right time and the right constellation for us to really start this project.

Over the last 2 years we have worked consistently and with increasing intensity on the construction of an Endurance competition format and structure that matches our approach on how a sport should look like.

In 2025 we have started our First nationwide competition season in Germany with 4 Qualifiers in May and one Final in August. Over this season we have gained a lot of crucial insights and build important contacts with people all over the world, that lead us to the project we are currently running: the Winter League 26.

Winter League 26

The Winter League 26 is the first international competition season in Endurance Calisthenics. We have created a unifying rulebook, briefed competition organizers worldwide on our standards and raised a social media campaign on our Instagram channel @fr_street_workout.

This Winter League season has started at 17th January and will end at 1st March 2026. Within a period of about 5 weeks, we are running 17 competitions by ourselves (the FR Street Workout Core team) and collaborating on 5 more competitions worldwide. All self-hosted competitions are produced with a livestream that you can check out at the YouTube Account @FRStreetWorkout

This Season thereby includes 22 competitions across 10 countries!

All competitions are managed with our FinalRep App. This includes a live judging via every judges phone, updated live views for visitors and updated livestream overlays. The best livestreams by today we have selected here in a short playlist:

If you want to compete in the Winter League season, check out the FinalRep app and register now for your first Winter League competition! >> app.final-rep.com <<

The competition format

The competition format for this Winter League was build to meet the following criteria:

  1. Easy to understand – low complexity of the routine
  2. Easy to access – for as many people as possible
  3. Easy to organize – with a minimum of resources and preparation

The result of this is the following

  1. 4 disciplines with Multipliers in 4 minutes: Pull/Chin-up (4), Dip (3), Squat Jump (1), Push-up (2)
  2. Each athlete collects points for their personal total. For exercises with no valid rep, you receive a penalty of 20 points. The athlete with the highest total wins.
  3. All exercises have to be completed in this sequence. Once you move to the next discipline, you can’t go back. You can pause as often as you want/need.

Global Ranking and worldwide comparability

The center of our vision for this project is to create a worldwide competition platform for Endurance Calisthenics. For us, this includes the following criteria:

  1. Comparability: All performances worldwide are comparable. This requires a unifying rulebook and a consistent implementation via judging.
  2. Transparency: All results worldwide are visible in one ranking. With the FinalRep App we already cover this
  3. Full spectrum: The format attracts a wide spectrum of people, regardless of their skill level or training focus.

The current Winter League is already incorporated in the FinalRep app. By today we had already 300+ athletes competing that you can find in one ranking!

Lets grow the future of Calisthenics together!

The Winter League 26 already marks a new chapter in the Calisthenics sport worldwide. Never before was a system like this implemented into the sport. Thanks to our network and ressources that we have gained over 5 years with FinalRep, we are able to move forward straight and fast. The feedback that we got over the last 2 years can be summarized as follows:

This competition format is on point! That’s exactly what the sport has been missing until now.

If you want to join this project, as athlete, event host, sponsor or as part of our team, follow our channels or reach out to us!

Let’s create the future of Calisthenics together!

RIS Update 2026 https://final-rep.com/ris-update-2026/ Wed, 14 Jan 2026 10:34:07 +0000 https://final-rep.com/?p=8411

Originally introduced in 2023 by Waris Radji and Mathieu Adoin, the RIS Score was a true game changer for the sport of streetlifting [1]. We are excited to finally announce the updated RIS Score for 2026. In this article, we introduce the RIS Score in detail and explain what’s new in the latest update.

What is the RIS Score?

RIS stands for Relative Index for Streetlifting and allows athletes to be compared across different weight classes within the same gender. The scoring system normalizes strength performance using comprehensive data from elite competitors. Its annual updates reflect the evolving performance standards of the sport.

>> RIS provides a fair and transparent benchmark for athletes, coaches, and competition organizers worldwide. <<

How do we apply the RIS Score?

The RIS Score enables comparability in streetlifting, regardless of an athlete’s bodyweight. Shortly after the initial publication of the RIS, we got in contact with Waris to begin integrating the system into our competition platform. In 2024, the RIS formula became the official FinalRep competition standard.

Since then, every athlete’s competition total has been accompanied by a RIS Score. You can find this score at each event, on athlete profiles, and in the rankings within our app.

One of the biggest innovations enabled by the RIS Score was our “Underground” format. This weight-class-free streetlifting event format compares athletes exclusively using the RIS Score. Compared to traditional weight-class-based events, Underground competitions allow for smaller, shorter events with just a few athletes. This makes them an excellent entry point for building strong local streetlifting communities.

What's new in the 2026 version?

Since the RIS is a data-driven scoring system, increasing the amount of available data significantly improves its accuracy. While the 2023 RIS was based primarily on data from WORLDS 23 and a selection of earlier top-level events, the RIS 2026 update additionally includes competition results from both the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

This expanded dataset allows for improved comparability between athletes—particularly due to stronger female datasets—and better reflects the continually rising performance level of our growing community. Plus, the algorithm is now open-source so that others can use their own datasets to perform logistic curve fitting for different disciplines (more information below).

You can access the RIS Calculator and other features via the FinalRep App (see picture below)

Deep dive into RI-X Scores

The algorithm behind the RIS Score is based on logistic curve fitting. Thanks to Waris, who provided the original Python prototype, we were able to fully integrate this algorithm into our app.

Here is a simplified overview of how it works:
We use datasets collected through our app and apply an 80th-percentile filter. This means we select the top 20% of athletes from each dataset. This subset is then used to fit a logistic curve using the Nelder–Mead optimization method. The curve’s parameters are optimized until the distance to all data points is minimized.

When calculating RIS Scores, the logistic curve with the derived parameters is used to compute the final RIS value based on an athlete’s total and bodyweight.

Because this approach is fully data-driven, it can be applied to many other strength sports. For this reason, we decided to open-source the algorithm so that others can use their own datasets to perform logistic curve fitting for different disciplines [2].

RIS represents just one application of a broader concept: a family of sport-specific Relative Indexes we call RI-X.

The future of RIS and RI-X Scores

We are currently experimenting with discipline-specific fittings for single lifts and the classic two-lift format. In addition, we are working on a scientific paper together with Waris to compare the RIS Score with other established strength scoring systems such as Wilks [3], DOTS [4], and IPF GL [5].

As part of this work, we may also introduce the Relative Index for Powerlifting – RIP as a direct comparison to existing powerlifting scoring systems, leveraging many years of historical competition data [6].

Finally we want to thank Waris and Mathieu (FNSL) for their creation of the RIS and their collaboration with us (namely Carsten Seeger) to further develop the RIS.

We hope this article have provided you interesting insights into this project.

With sincere regards,

–– Your FinalRep Team 🧡

The next chapter https://final-rep.com/the-next-chapter/ Fri, 09 Jan 2026 12:37:25 +0000 https://final-rep.com/?p=8364

The first 5 year cycle is done. Now we start the next 5 year cycle in the growth of FinalRep. In this article we will share with you some insights about the vision that we have for FinalRep and the global Streetlifting sport.

Review 2025 Season

In 2025 we are witnessing a strong global growth of the Streetlifting sport that was driven by the first FinalRep WORLDS Season. This season already included events in 14 countries on 4 continents. The attention that this season and the FinalRep WORLDS gained throughout this year was on a new level. Along with this season, many other organizations from new nations have reached out to us to join this project. Only within a few month after WORLDS 25 we can say that we have doubled our reach in terms of countries engaged with FinalRep. And moreover, the first continental championship seasons in America and Asia are on the schedule now.

>> 2025 Recap Blog <<
>> 5 years Anniversary Recap Blog <<

With this strong expansion, there comes an increased workload that we as FinalRep have faced. We were only able to take this workload thanks to the support of an international team of volunteers. This was a cruical step in this growth process that is ofter underestimated and underrepresented.

Another aspect of this growth is the fact that we are managing a worldwide network of partners who committed to of the structures and principles that we have laid out. During the season we have recognized, that the structure that we provide needs to develop a better governance structure. A few weeks before the WORLDS in October 2025 this process reached a momentum that led us to initiation of a „WORLDS Meetup“ – the first personal get together of the leaders in the FinalRep cosmos worldwide.

WORLDS-Meetup 25

On Monday after WORLDS 25 – on the 06.10.2025 – the first FinalRep WORLDS Meetup took place in the VIP area of the SWH.arena in Halle (Saale). For this meetup we have invited the leaders of the sport in the FinalRep cosmos. Even if the announcement and the invitation of our partners was a bit short term, we still reached 30 participants on Monday morning. Among the participants were National Partners, Sponsors, International Judges and the FinalRep leadership team. We have used this opportunity to give some more insights about the FinalRep as an organization and its future plans and opened up the space for discussion on several points.

PS: thanks to everyone who stayed until the end for this picture 🙂

After all, there were 2 main topics discussed on that day: The creation of a more transparent governance structure for the worldwide Streetlifting sport and the Introduction of an international sponsorship network. Following these conversations, we already took action.

2 year plan & the foundation of a World Streetlifting Federation

Following the input from the WORLDS Meetup and the vision of us to create a sustainable structure for the sport, we have decided to initiate the founding process of a „World Streetlifting Federation (WSLF)“. Together with leading partners worldwide, we have created a working group for this initiative. On Sunday 04.01.26 we have held our first meeting to discuss the overall goal and working structure of this foundational process. Here we have laid out a 18-month timeline with several work packages that which shall culminate in the first general meeting at WORLDS 27.

We are excited about the shared interest and commitment of our partners to join this project. We will do our best to go this process with a high transparency towards the Streetlifting community. After each quarterly meetup of the WSLF working group, we will release a summary blog on this FinalRep website and additionally do a post in our Instagram channel so that you all engage with us on this topic. As always, we hope to get critical and constructive feedback from to have a more balanced view on the work that we do.

Another part of this further developing governance structure is the foundation of an Athletes Committee to have a better representation of the athletes voice within the FinalRep cosmos. Although FinalRep was co-founded by an Athlete, the scope of this organization has reached a level where the responsibility to represent the interests of such a large number of people can no longer be borne by one person. In the upcoming weeks we will also post a separate blog only on this topic here, introducing the members, the responsibilities and the way you can engage with these people.

5 year vision

Starting in 2026, we are looking forward to a 5 year period of further vertical and horizontal expansion of the sport. Besides the development in the sport itself – in terms of rules, equipment and event standards – we will focus on the following:

  1. Implementation of a democratic and transparent governance in the Streetlifting sport – via the foundation of a World Streetlifting Federation
  2. Increasing awareness of the sport outside our core community – by promoting the development of a widespread SL Underground and Calisthenics Endurance competition network
  3. Improvement of the sports funding structure – via the implementation of international sponsorship opportunities to make the sponsorship of Streetlifting and Calisthenics more attractive for bigger organizations.
  4. Development of further educational programs – including a coaching license and school education programs

Looking at this list we see a lot of work on us. However, the recent increase of engagement from volunteers around the world who connect with us, make us confident that we will achieve all these goals together!

Summary

The points given in this article represent some first insights on the roadmap for FinalRep from 2026 to 2030. The current point marks an important transition for us as an organization and also for the worldwide community that we have brought together. We have started this project with the vision to create a platform and a brand that unites and represents the sport. In our opinion we have accomplished this by today.

As mentioned, on part of this next chapter for FinalRep is to create a governance structure around the brand of FinalRep that we have created. With this we want to underline once more, that this brand was created with the intention to grow the sport and to build something big and sustainable. We are always looking forward to find the best approach to create a sport structure that fits the needs of our community and to create a blueprint how the ideal sport of the future can look like.

We are excited that this project has already attracted so many people around the world. For us, this project is about more than „just a sport“. It is about creating a culture that unites humans worldwide.

With sincere regards,

–– Your FinalRep Team 🧡

5 years Anniversary Recap https://final-rep.com/5-years-anniversary-recap/ Wed, 31 Dec 2025 18:58:25 +0000 https://final-rep.com/?p=8281

This year, FinalRep turned five years old. In this article, we would like to give you a brief summary of the history of the FinalRep project so far. We would like to take this as an opportunity to celebrate together with you. We hope you enjoy reading! 🧡

The 5-year FinalRep timeline in a nuthsell

2020: the foundation and first FinalRep event

In 2019 the idea of FinalRep was born by Tonio Zeidler right after his first Streetlifting competition in Dessau (Germany). This event sparked a fire within him, which led to the founding of FinalRep a few months later, in August 2020. He used this time to get everything in place for the first event a few weeks later. The logo, the team, the venue, the media team and the sponsors (namely GORNATION and Barzflex) – and it worked! Right before the second COVID-Lockdown in Germany, the First FinalRep took place in the RheinGym in Cologne in October 2020.

Despite all the challenges in organization, the vibe created at this event was just amazing. Thanks to our livestream and the Instagram content created at this event, our project got spread worldwide!

2021: The Test of „FinalRep Endurance“

When founded, the vision of FinalRep was to raise the Streetlifting and Endurance competition sport. After our first successful Streetlifting event (in 2020 still named „Weighted Calisthenics“), we started our first FinalRep Endurance competition in 2021 at the collage sport campus in Jena.

From our perspective, this event was a big success and created demand for future Endurance competitions. But we have stopped this project due to changes in the FinalRep team. Finally, this was a good decision because it gave more space to fully focus on developing Streetlifting as a worldwide competition sport.

2022: The first World Championship

After the first event in 2020, the name „FinalRep“ reached a worldwide attention in the niche sport scene of Streetlifting. The hype that got created through the pictures and videos created at the first event, were used to promote the next step: a World Championship. Thanks to a collaboration with the Golds Gym Performance Center in Berlin, we got a very suitable location for an international event. The organization was still on the edge from being a „hobby project“ towards „this is a real thing“.

This event has attracted athletes from 12 countries. The roaster was challenging and some of the records set on that event still remain unbeaten. But this WORLDS 22 was just the beginning…

2023: WORLDS 2023

The third year came with a worldwide expansion of FinalRep. The main goal for this year was to level-up the World Championship with a more suitable location, a better media presentation and a much stronger roaster of athletes. We also got the first requests from organizations outside of Germany to become FinalRep partners.

After all, the WORLDS 23 was a huge success. We have attracted athletes from 20 countries and reached over 80.000 views on our YouTube Livestream. The quality of the event setup was first on a level to be called „professional“, even if there were dozens of problems and mistakes that we have encountered before, during and after the event. A big thanks goes to Rising Productions who accompanied this event with an outstanding performance.

2024: the first international Season

After the incredible WORLDS 23 we were sure that we are on the right track. Now we were ready for the next steps. First, we have decided to expand FinalRep by entering collaborations with partners in other countries to build an international competitions network. Second, we went further to have a 2-year competition cycle of world and continental championships. Third, we introduced our own doping-test system to the sport. And fourth, we scaled up our events by hosting them in sport arenas instead of gyms. The last one was only possible by the outstanding commitment from Supreme Force and Strengthshop who believed in the idea and provided us with a great amount of support.

All this together brought a massive increase in responsibility and work load to us as an organization and as a team. Finally, we achieved all goals that we have set. We have ended this year with concluding a lot new partnerships for the upcoming 2025 season.

2025: a worldwide competition Season

The year 2025 became a great completion of our first 5 years. We have started with the announcement of a worldwide competition season: 16 competitions in 14 countries across 4 continents. We have introduced a Judging License to raise the standards of judging worldwide and we finally established our FinalRep app as an integral part of the sport’s digitalization.

Besides the outer achievements that we have realized, the biggest achievement that we have made this season, is the expansion of our team. Within one year from EUROS 24 to WORLDS 25 we have onboarded over 10 people with an international background who are now in charge of several parts of the FinalRep business: social media management, content creation, event management, sponsorship and more.

The WORLDS 25 finally came up with a high expectation we have never experienced before. This included a lot of critics towards several aspects of our event. Throughout this process we realized that we are now at a turning point for our organization. The responsibility has shifted from organizing events to creating a worldwide sport structure and fundamental education to make the sport grow. This also includes the creation of a new governance structure, which we will address in later posts.

Review of our goals and expectations

Now with the reflection of this article we can see more clearly the achievements that we have made in the past 5 years:

1) Unifying rulebook

We have establishing a unifying rulebook for the competition sport worldwide. We have started with 8 pages in 2020 and have now reached 40 pages version of our rulebook.

2) Uniting the worldwide community

With „FinalRep“ we have created a competition platform and brand that unites the Streetlifting Sport worldwide. The logo, the name, the vibe and the vision are now know to everyone who follows the sport. We are not only forming a sport technically, but culturally. -> 2025 Recap Blog

3) Creating a market for Streetlifting

Both the unifying rules and the uniting culture have created a new sport market. Streetlifting has outgrown its early position of being a sub niche of Calisthenics and Powerlifting. In the past 3 years we have seen more and more brands emerging out of the sport – like King of Weighted and MPDS – as well as established sport brands like Strengthshop positioning themselves as manufacturers of Streetlifting equipment.

3 Years of digitalization – the FinalRep App

One last and very essential achievement that we have, is the creation of the FinalRep App. With the FinalRep app we have established a digital platform for Streetlifting sport competitions worldwide. This software enabled us not only to become more efficient every event, but also to accumulate the efforts of Streetlifting worldwide.

The vision of this project was born in 2022 when Carsten Seeger, a highly experienced and skilled software developer joined FinalRep. From the beginning he had the vision to create a software platform that changes the way we see sport competitions.

The FinalRep app was the leading tool that enabled us to transfer our knowledge and structure of event organization to hosts worldwide. We have digitalized the event creation, registration, payment, flight setup, judging and result management. We have included live views and livestream overlays and made them accessible to all organizers worldwide.

By today we have 8.400 app users and more than 100 events were created on this platform.🚀

Summary of 5 years

All this being said, we can look back at an intense 5-year journey. The goals that we have set when we have started this project seemed very ambitious and we really had no idea if this is gonna work. And even if the story being told in this article sounds like a success story, we also had to deal with a lot of setbacks and disappointments that made us question this project.

What brought us back on track again and again was the gratitude and the excitement that reached us from all over the world for the work that we do.

After all, we would like to say thank you! Thank you to all athletes who competed at FinalRep. Thank you to all team members: judges, spotters and now a lovely team to volunteers worldwide. Thank you to all sponsors that believed in us at a time where we only had a few arguments and a dream to sell.

Now the first chapter of FinalRep is completed. Stay tuned what follows next.

Let’s create the future of this sport together!

2025 RECAP https://final-rep.com/2025-recap/ Sat, 27 Dec 2025 20:21:09 +0000 https://final-rep.com/?p=8256

2025 was a full packed and exciting year for us as FinalRep. We have started with the ambition to coordinate a worldwide competition season and to host a World championship on a new scale. He have engaged throughout our international Qualifier season with 14 countries at 4 different continents with over 800 athletes participating. We were able to welcome over 80 athletes from 24 countries in Germany. And moreover, we have build an international network of volunteers on various positions. Or to summarize in one sentence:

„The year 2025 has set a remarkable note in the past growth of Streetlifting worldwide.“

This being said, we would like to share a short wrap up of the 2025 sport season from our perspective on certain topics.

Competition Network

In 2024 we started to officially collaborate with partners across Europe to have an official Qualifiers seasons that selects the best athletes. Our goal was clear: uniform conditions for fair comparability while creating amazing sport events together. This first season provided us with extensive feedback and leanings that we were able to incorporate into the WORLDS seasons. However, this project was just on a different level from the management perspective. Especially the fact that the market conditions vary a lot across the globe brought a lot of obstacles with it.

However, the will and dedication of all partners worldwide was unbroken and enabled an acceptable level of comparability worldwide. And this is the most important point that we would like to highlight.

Also very important to us and all partners were the encompassing feedback that we got throughout the seasons and for the WORLD championship itself. This just showed to us, how much you all care about the development of this sport (we got over 200 feedback survey inscriptions in 2025). We can assure you, that we are taking all the feedback and evaluating this properly, as we did with the feedback on Judging about WORLDS (later chapter).

All of these efforts in 2025 from both our team and all partners worldwide lead to an explosion of attention and community vibe worldwide. Even if not officially announced yet, the network of nations collaborating with FinalRep on Streetlifting events has already double by today! The following graphic shall visualize the extraordinary growth:

Rulebook maturity

The 2025 has shown that even if the FinalRep rulebook is accepted worldwide as „the gold standard“, its maturity is still in the early stages. This includes not only the rules itself but also its education and implementation. Nonetheless, we have started the year 2025 with another big milestone: the launch of a Judging License to educate Judges on the FinalRep rulebook. Over the season we have been witnessing different levels of implementation across all affiliated competitions. Both our own insights and the feedback from participants have shown:

Competitions with a higher number of licensed judges provided not only a more professional judging, they also provided a better structure of the overall event itself!

This result is due to the fact that everyone who completes the Judging License, has gained valuable insights in the sport itself. The more people are taking positions of responsibility in an event, the more professional the event itself appears. This being said, we are planning to better promote the Judging License not only to Judges but to everyone who better wants to understand the sport.

Finally, as this competition season ended with the WORLDS 25 in Germany in October, the judging and the rules got proofed on the highest level. As a result, we received a lot of feedback on both. The message here was clear: the rules need iteration! This feedback got handled very seriously by the FinalRep Judging Committee that we introduced in 2024 as an international working group to further develop and secure the credibility of the rules. Within the last 3 moths, the committee has held 6 encompassing calls including numerous hours of preparation that will lead into several significant changes. These changes are based on the principle to increase the relevance of pure strength over the over accuracy of execution.

The new rulebook will be published on 31.12.2025

If you are interested in more insights on the rules and their development, you can follow the judging.finalrep Instagram channel.

Learnings from the 2025 season

The overall season 2025 has presented us the following perspective: the sport is now evolving out of its very early stages into a period of rapid growth. This is reflected by the amount of competitions, athletes and manufacturers of Streetlifting equipment. This stage comes with the following challenges:

  1. The education towards organizers, athletes and the general public
  2. The improvement of our working structures to include new partners with high quality and low efforts
  3. The creation of an international sponsorship system that is able to attract big international sponsors
  4. The creation of an official governance structure for the global Streetlifting sport.
  5. The importance of a healthy environment around the sport.

All these challenges have been recognized by us and will be handled with sincerity in the upcoming weeks and months.

Big THANK YOU!

All this being said, we would like to finish with some word of gratitude towards all people that supported the sport in the past and that are dedicated to do so in the future. This appreciation goes to all:

  1. Event organizers and their teams for their courage and efforts to provide a space of competition and unity
  2. Athletes and coaches for their dedication to the sport
  3. Judges for bearing the weight of making difficult and fair decisions
  4. Spotters for providing essential security to all athletes
  5. Equipment manufacturers for their substantial support to the sport
  6. Sponsors for their financial support towards events and athletes

We are excited to go the next chapter with you together!

October 4–5, 2025 | SWH Arena, Halle (Saale), Germany
The biggest FinalRep season in history culminated with FinalRep Worlds 2025 — two unforgettable days in Halle (Saale) that marked the ultimate chapter of this year’s global Streetlifting journey.

From Europe to Latin America, North America, and Asia, 16 international competitions shaped a season that brought together thousands of athletes, organizers, and fans in record numbers. The momentum that began across continents finally converged in Germany, where the world’s best lifters met for one purpose: to push limits on the highest stage Streetlifting has ever seen.

A Truly Global Gathering

The FinalRep Worlds 2025 brought together athletes from 24 countries, creating a melting pot of styles, energy, and emotion.
Over 84 qualified athletes stepped onto the platform in front of 200–250 live spectators and tens of thousands more online. Organized by FinalRep, and powered by Supreme Force, Strength Shop, King of Weighted, Insane Stone, Altius, MPDS, and Tatakai, the event showcased what the global community has built together — a structured, professional, and inspiring sport. The weekend was an organizational success, supported by Dedicated Sports, ES Sounds, and a 40-person crew who kept the event running smoothly from morning until late

Judging & Fair Play

Following the event, judging discussions became a major talking point — both online and onsite.
FinalRep responded transparently, recognizing the importance of community feedback while reaffirming its commitment to clarity, fairness, and feasibility.

The core message is clear: the maturity of the rules grows through consistent improvement.
Since 2020, the FinalRep Rulebook has expanded from 7 to 34 pages, reflecting this continuous evolution — made possible through the voluntary efforts of a few dedicated individuals.
Since the introduction of the Judging Committee in 2024, this process has become more
professional and democratic.
With their support, the rules are now updated annually based on athlete and judge feedback.

The committee is currently reviewing Worlds 2025 feedback, including topics like the use of VAR technology, the jury’s role, and updates to the FinalRep Judging License.
Going forward, the @judging.finalrep channel will serve as the main hub for updates and education.
As of today, the first review session has already taken place — recorded and made
available publicly to strengthen transparency and trust.

At FinalRep, we believe that transparency builds trust, and that constructive dialogue is the foundation for progress.

Farewell to Legends

Three icons of Streetlifting announced their retirement following FinalRep Worlds 2025, each closing a defining chapter in the sport’s young history.

Their dedication, resilience, and emotional final performances reminded everyone what Streetlifting truly stands for — passion, persistence, and purpose.

🇳🇱Nadine Hettinga
2023 – 1st WORLDS | 245 kg
2024 – 1st EUROS | 274.5 kg
2025 – 1st WORLDS | 291.25 kg

For Nadine Hettinga, Worlds 2025 was the end of a three-year Streetlifting career — and
perhaps her most emotional competition yet.
After announcing it would be her final event, the pressure to win was immense. A failed attempt, lost equipment, and the emotional weight of expectation nearly broke her focus — until she ended the day with a decisive 132.5 kg squat, sealing her final victory in style.

“I envisioned, I fought, I succeeded — and leave it behind. Thank you Streetlifting. You’ve become a part of me that will never ever leave me.”

🇵🇱Bartłomiej Orchowski – “BartoAirlines”
2022 – 1st WORLDS | 475 kg
2023 – 1st WORLDS | 513.75 kg
2024 – 2nd EUROS | 520 kg
2025 – 5th WORLDS | 506 kg

After years of dominance, BartoAirlines retires as one of the most successful and respected athletes in Streetlifting history — a symbol of discipline and humility who inspired an entire generation.

🇹🇳Ashura Youssef
2022 – 1st WORLDS | 385 kg
2023 – 1st WORLDS | 442.75 kg
2025 – 1st WORLDS | 448 kg

A pioneer of the –66 kg category, Ashura Youssef ends his competitive career as one of Streetlifting’s most technical and consistent athletes. His farewell in Halle — carried by the chants of “Allez go, Ashura!” — perfectly captured the emotion and unity of Worlds 2025.

As he transitions to coaching, he continues shaping the next generation of lifters with the same dedication that defined his legacy.

Community & Global Reach

What made FinalRep Worlds 2025 truly special wasn’t just the weights lifted — it was the unity behind them.

Athletes, coaches, and fans from across four continents created an atmosphere of mutual respect and shared passion.
Social media exploded throughout the weekend — thousands of reposts, highlights, and viral clips carried the spirit of Streetlifting worldwide.

By now, the YouTube livestreams have reached over 82,000 views, and the FinalRep Instagram channel has surpassed 2 million impressions in just one week.
Media coverage extended beyond the Streetlifting community, with international outlets like Streetliftings.fr, CalisthenicsWorldwide.com, and even regional television MDR spotlighting the event. (Watch the MDR clip here!)

Looking Ahead

With FinalRep Worlds 2025 concluded, the focus now shifts to the next chapter:
Three Continental Championship Seasons across Europe, Asia, and America — each featuring multiple qualifiers and a continental final.

The message is clear — this is just the beginning.
The future of Streetlifting is worldwide, united, and unstoppable.

Let’s keep pushing the limits together!

Insights and Improvements from the WORLDS 25 Season https://final-rep.com/insights-and-improvements-from-the-worlds-25-season/ Mon, 29 Sep 2025 13:19:49 +0000 https://final-rep.com/?p=7861

29.09.2025 | FinalRep Team

With the conclusion of the WORLDS 25 Qualifier Season, we want to pause and reflect on what has truly been a milestone year for Streetlifting. First, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their feedback—over 100 voices from 14 events worldwide. That level of engagement is not only invaluable, it’s inspiring.

This article builds directly on our previous feedback evaluation and takes a closer look at the insights we’ve gathered. But before we dive in, let’s remember the bigger picture:

  • WORLDS 25 was the first worldwide competition season in Streetlifting history.
  • 16 competitions across 4 continents were hosted under the FinalRep rulebook.
  • Over 1,000 athletes participated, setting the stage for the first true World Championships.

It was a season of firsts, of experimentation, and of growth—not only for athletes, but also for event organizers, judges, and the entire FinalRep community.

1) Judging Consistency

The most frequently raised topic was judging fairness and transparency. While experiences varied, the root cause can be summed up in one word: Education.

That’s why we launched the FinalRep Judging License—the first global online education program for Streetlifting judges. Through a structured course, practical tests, and a final live exam, judges now have the chance to be officially certified.

Although this program only launched at the end of January 2025, with some events already deep in preparation, we still required at least one licensed judge per competition. The results were clear: the more licensed judges present, the higher the quality of judging reported.

👉 Moving forward into 2026, FinalRep will put even greater emphasis on the Judging License. Our goal is to promote this education program more strongly worldwide and encourage organizers to integrate more licensed judges into their teams. This way, we ensure fairness continues to improve and standards keep rising season after season.

2) Quality of Event Management

Organizing a Streetlifting competition at international level is no small task. From logistics to scheduling, equipment to athlete flow, the skill set required is broad—and understandably, some organizers had more experience than others.

What matters most: every single organizer who stepped forward this season showed courage and dedication to building the sport. And that deserves recognition.

Our path forward is clear: once again, Education. FinalRep will expand support for organizers by:

  • Providing deeper guidance on how to structure events.
  • Offering resources and training on how to use the FinalRep App effectively.
  • Sharing best practices on drafting and educating teams.

Even at a small scale, we believe this initiative will empower organizers everywhere to deliver smoother, more professional competitions in the future.

3) Clarity of Structure

Finally, many athletes and organizers highlighted a need for clearer understanding of the overall sport structure—from registrations and weigh-ins to qualification pathways and record policies.

This is natural. After all, 2025 was the first-ever global Streetlifting season. We were all learning in real time: athletes, judges, organizers—and even us at FinalRep.

Our takeaway? The work we’re doing is vital. Establishing unified standards, developing education systems, and coordinating a global season are exactly what the sport needs to grow. While some uncertainty is inevitable at this stage, every step forward is laying the foundation for the future.

Closing Reflection

Looking back, we’re proud. Proud of the athletes who pushed their limits, proud of the organizers who carried this sport in their regions, and proud of the global community that made this historic season possible.

Looking ahead, we’re excited. Excited to continue building structure, raising standards, and learning together with you. The journey of Streetlifting has only just begun.

And now—it’s time to enjoy the biggest Streetlifting competition in history:
FinalRep WORLDS 25!

Let’s keep pushing the limits together.

Feedback Evaluation: WORLDS 25 Season https://final-rep.com/feedback-evaluation-worlds-25-season/ Sun, 21 Sep 2025 11:30:06 +0000 https://final-rep.com/?p=7811

21.09.2025 | FinalRep Team

The WORLDS 25 Qualifier Season has officially wrapped up—and what a journey it has been. From Europe to the Americas to Asia, Streetlifting has grown into a global movement, and the feedback we’ve collected reflects just how far we’ve come.

Across 14 international events, we gathered 100 detailed responses, with an impressive 69% coming from athletes themselves. This means the voice of our competitors—the lifeblood of FinalRep—guided this evaluation.

Event Management

Running a global season is no small feat—and the results prove the effort is paying off:

✅ Communication emerged as our strongest asset, praised by athletes worldwide.

⚖ Schedules remain a challenge—some events flowed seamlessly, others fell behind. Still, the overall trend shows organizers are learning fast and improving with every season.

📍 Venues were largely rated as suitable and well chosen, from malls in Caracas to iconic gyms in Monza and Cebu.

Organizer Appearance

Behind every event is a dedicated team—and athletes felt it.

✅ Professionalism and hospitality were consistently described as highlights, with organizers making athletes feel at home, no matter the country.

🌍 With Streetlifting becoming truly international, sporting expertise and language inclusivity are areas we’ll keep strengthening.

❗ While the majority were satisfied, a small minority (13 respondents) voiced strong concerns. Their feedback matters deeply and will fuel further improvements.

Sport Quality

On the competition floor, FinalRep continued to set new standards for the sport:

✅ Equipment and spotter reliability were widely praised, reinforcing athlete trust in performance and safety.

⚖ Judging sparked the most debate:

  • 43 athletes applauded fairness.
  • 30 rated it poorly (1–2 points), pointing to inconsistencie

📖 Encouragingly, the rulebook was seen as applied consistently across nearly all events—a strong foundation to build on.

Key Themes for Improvement

The feedback makes our next priorities clear:

  1. Sharper communication at every stage of competition.
  2. Tighter scheduling to keep events on time.
  3. More English-speaking staff to serve our international athletes.
  4. Transparent judging to earn the full trust of competitors.
  5. Better warm-up facilities to prepare athletes for peak performance.

Conclusion

The WORLDS 25 Season has shown us something bigger than records and rankings—it has shown us growth.

In just one season, FinalRep has gone from scattered local events to a truly global circuit of professional competitions. Athletes are traveling further, crowds are growing louder, and the sport is stepping closer to the world stage it deserves.

Yes, there are areas to refine—judging, scheduling, inclusivity—but these are signs of a young sport maturing fast. What stands out most is the passion: athletes, organizers, and fans building this movement together.

The feedback we received isn’t just critique—it’s proof of belief. Belief that FinalRep can be more, can grow further, and can lead Streetlifting into its next chapter.

And that’s exactly what we’ll do.

Let’s keep pushing the limits together.
