Yes. Harbor’s Chrome extension lets you source candidates directly from LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub with one-click data extraction and import. You can add candidates to jobs, update their profiles, change their statuses within jobs, and even send them single emails or email sequences without leaving the page. You can also find candidate email addresses (personal and business) with one click. You get up to 500 free email lookups per agency per month, and you can get additional email lookups using our integrations with ContactOut, Apollo, and RocketReach

Yes and Yes! Harbor includes automated, drip email sequences, email sequence templates, and placeholders for personalization. Sequences stop automatically when candidates reply, and Harbor tracks sequence analytics (opens, clicks, replies), evaluates email content to avoid spam filtering, and saves email replies and threads within candidate profiles. You can send emails from an unlimited number of email accounts and use email warmup to improve deliverability. You can also allow any of your team members to send emails on your behalf or on each other’s behalf.

Yes. As you build your own candidate database in Harbor, you can search for candidates by keywords in their resumes, by how well their resumes match a job description, or by how similar their resumes are to an example resume.

Harbor integrates with Google Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Zoom, DocuSign, and Twilio (for phone call recording and transcription). For finding contact information, Harbor works with ContactOut, Apollo, and RocketReach.

Yes. Harbor has booking links that connect to your Google or Microsoft Outlook Calendar to detect your availability and offer times for candidates to schedule calls with you. You can choose which times each day of the week that you want to have calls, your maximum number of calls per day, and how often you’d like a break between consecutive calls.

Yes. Harbor provides you and each of your team members a unique phone number that you can use to call candidates and automatically record and transcribe the calls. You can also create an interview prompt, and Harbor will summarize your calls based on that prompt for clean note taking and sharing with your clients.

Yes. Each job in Harbor has a unique, shareable link that allows clients to view candidates (including their full resumes) and their current status in the hiring process. You control what information is visible per job.

Harbor has a visual CRM board for you to monitor current and prospective clients. Harbor also automatically monitors news and new job postings by your clients, so you always know the best times to reach out for new business. When you’re ready to onboard a new client, Harbor’s DocuSign integration allows you to collaborate with your client on a contract and sign it. When a contract is about to expire, Harbor will notify you.

You can have up to 100 team members per account.

Harbor uses a secure network with database encryption and backups. Harbor supports Google OAuth and password login, two-factor authentication (TOTP), session tracking, unique subdomains per business account, and account backup and deletion. Your data in Harbor is always yours. We will never own or use your data in any way, and you can always export it out.
