A conference built around what’s next on web

One day. Two stages.
The best web crowd in Europe.
Web is not the same. AI is changing how we build, design, write, and get found.
flowConf brings talks, tactics, breakdowns and connections that help you build faster, win bigger, and grow smarter online.
Talk tracks
Conversations shaping what ships next
People who actually design, ship and grow websites
flowConf speakers aren’t here to sell frameworks. They’re here because they’ve built, shipped, migrated, broken, fixed, and scaled real websites.
Main stage

Webflow room

Filip is Head of Design at 21Shares & 21.co, the world’s largest native provider of crypto ETPs/ETFs and wrapped tokens. He leads Product Design, Web, and Brand Design, and leverages Webflow to accelerate web development and empower design teams.

A full day focused on the future
The agenda brings together talks, deep dives, and panels across marketing, design, development, Webflow, and AI. Every session is built around one question: how to win in the new web ecosystem?

As the founder of both Flow Ninja and flowConf, Uros will open the main stage to welcome attendees, set the tone for the day, and share the vision behind bringing together the web's most forward-thinking designers, developers, marketers, and founders under one roof.

What does it take to unlock the full value of Webflow Enterprise? In this session, Miguel Montoya, Director of Customer Success at Webflow, shares how leading organizations drive measurable impact across three core pillars: speed, efficiency, and revenue. From accelerating go-to-market and streamlining workflows to consolidating tech stacks and aligning around clear KPIs, this talk offers a practical framework for turning Webflow into a scalable, revenue-generating growth engine.

This session explores how Checkout leverages microsites as a core part of its ABM and go-to-market strategy, enabling highly personalized, client-specific experiences at scale. The talk will cover how the Checkout team, together with Flow Ninja, built a repeatable system on Webflow that allows teams to quickly launch and iterate microsites without custom development overhead. By using Webflow as the underlying platform, Checkout can move faster, maintain consistency, and still deliver a tailored feel for each account—something that would be difficult, slow, or cost-prohibitive with custom-coded solutions or less flexible platforms. The session offers a practical look at how modern web tooling like Webflow supports scalable, revenue-driven GTM execution.

This session explores how Hakim Group scales digital experiences across hundreds of independent optician brands—without losing the individuality that makes each practice unique. David Souliotti-Barker, Head of Growth, will share how the team consolidated a fragmented mix of legacy platforms into a single Webflow enterprise environment, enabling them to launch and manage hundreds of sites through reusable design systems and automation. The talk offers a practical look at how to combine local brand freedom with centralized infrastructure, turning a complex multi-site portfolio into a scalable, data-driven growth engine.

This panel examines how the rise of AI assistants, answer engines, and zero-click results is changing the role of traditional SEO. The discussion will question whether ranking in search results is still the primary path to discovery and consider how users increasingly receive direct answers instead of visiting websites. Panelists will explore how these shifts affect visibility, trust, and measurement, and what changes may be required in search strategy for organizations that want their information to appear in AI-mediated search environments.

AI can generate ideas and draft decisions in seconds. But collaboration is still broken - teams struggle to make decisions, meetings go nowhere, and most people feel their ideas aren’t valued. This talk makes the case that facilitation is the missing skill, and the one AI can’t replace.

AI agents are already recommending products, summarizing brands, and answering buyer questions, often without sending a click to your website. This talk explores how marketers can fight back using Answer Engine Optimization and the tools Webflow now ships natively, alongside an internal AI content engine that Bhanu built on Claude Code that generates expert content at scale for both humans and machines. Bhanu shares how his team at Klipboard, a $1.5B+ ERP company, combines Webflow's AEO toolkit, MCPs, and Claude Code to create a content operation designed for AI-first discovery.

A city worth visiting.
A space worth gathering in.

Belgrade is one of Europe’s most vibrant cities. A place where history, culture, and modern energy collide.
City that's alive, creative and full of young people building, experimenting and moving fast. Belgrade has a strong design and tech scene, a thriving cultural life and a pace that feels human rather than polished. If it’s not already on your travel list, flowConf is a good reason to put it there.

Ložionica is one of Belgrade’s most distinctive event spaces. A former industrial site transformed into a modern venue for culture, design and forward-looking ideas.
It’s open, spacious and intentionally raw. A space that fits flowConf perfectly: modern thinking inside a structure with history. Built for conversations, not just presentations.

Between the talks
A look at the people, conversations and atmosphere that define the flowConf experience.
Created for lasting impact, not short-term income

Not-for-profit event built to move web forward.
Our goal is growth, not margin. For four years, Flow Ninja has organized flowConf without taking any profit and that principle will stay for years to come. The conference exists to gather professionals, elevate conversations, and strengthen the ecosystem around the modern web.
Each year we keep ticket prices as low as possible, just enough to cover organizational costs and make the event sustainable. If conference grows, it grows in quality, not in margins.

Is flowConf only about Webflow?
Webflow is at the core, but not the whole story. flowConf covers marketing systems, design craft, development practices, AI and how websites actually support growth.
Who should attend flowConf?
Marketers responsible for websites, designers and developers building them, agency teams, in-house web teams and creators who care about performance and scalability.
Is this a beginner or advanced conference?
flowConf is built for practitioners. You don’t need to be an expert, but the content assumes you’re actively working on real web campagins, not just learning theory.

Yes. Marketing is a core track. Topics include website ownership, launch velocity, AI visibility and turning the site into a growth engine.
Will AI be covered?
Yes. AI is discussed as part of the broader website ecosystem, including visibility, workflows and how it changes how people find and experience websites.
Is flowConf useful for agencies?
Absolutely. There’s a dedicated track for Webflow agencies and partners focused on delivery models, ownership, and building sustainable teams.
How big is the conference?
flowConf is intentionally limited in size. The goal is meaningful conversations, not packed halls or passive listening.

Details about recordings will be shared closer to the event. The core value of flowConf is the live experience and conversations.
