2026 is a big year for us. iTarian already gives you a powerful, unified platform — RMM, endpoint security, MDM, ticketing, remote access, and more. This year we’re focused on making it significantly deeper, smarter, and more capable across every one of those areas.
Our priorities are clear: better automation, more platform intelligence, broader OS and device coverage, and giving MSPs and IT teams the kind of control and visibility that used to require stitching together multiple expensive tools.
Every item below came directly from partner feedback, customer conversations, and support trends. This is a living plan — things may shift — but we believe you deserve full transparency into where we’re headed.

One of the most frequent causes of QuickBooks Error 15276 is incomplete or corrupted update files. If the update package fails to download fully or becomes damaged during the process, QuickBooks cannot verify its authenticity, resulting in an update failure. Another major cause is insufficient administrative permissions. Updates require full system access, and when the program is not run with administrator rights, certain components may be blocked from installing.
Internet settings can also play a significant role in triggering this error. QuickBooks depends on Internet Explorer’s configuration for secure communication with its update servers. If TLS 1.2 is disabled, the browser cache is full, or the system’s date and time settings are incorrect, the connection may fail and prevent the update from downloading. Additionally, firewall or antivirus programs may mistakenly block QuickBooks, viewing the update process as suspicious activity.
Corrupted installation components or damaged program files may also cause the update to fail. This typically occurs after an improperly completed installation, a sudden power outage, or previous system errors.
To resolve QuickBooks Update Error 15276, begin with a simple computer restart. Restarting clears temporary files and refreshes system services that may be interfering with the update. After rebooting, run QuickBooks as an administrator by right-clicking the program icon and selecting “Run as administrator” to ensure proper permissions.
Next, verify your internet and browser configurations. Set Internet Explorer as the default browser, enable TLS 1.2, and ensure that your date and time settings are correct. Clearing the browser cache can also eliminate outdated data that may interrupt the update.
Using the QuickBooks Tool Hub is an effective way to repair underlying issues. Open the Tool Hub, go to the Program Problems section, and run Quick Fix My Program. Then use the Install Diagnostic Tool to repair damaged installation components.
If the error continues, temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software and try updating again. These security programs may be blocking QuickBooks from connecting to its update servers.
]]>Causes:
Solutions:
Check Foreign Key Constraints: Review the constraints and relationships between tables using SHOW CREATE TABLE and SELECT queries to identify any foreign key violations.
Delete/Update Dependent Records: Before modifying the parent record, ensure all related child records are updated or deleted.
Modify Foreign Key with CASCADE: Implement ON DELETE CASCADE or ON UPDATE CASCADE to automatically manage child records when the parent record changes.
Fix Orphaned Data: Manually delete orphaned child records that no longer reference a valid parent.
If manual fixes aren’t ideal, consider using MySQL recovery software to address database corruption.
]]>We’re rolling out a hotfix release today . This hotfix mainly related with bug fixes.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 2 hours. While no service interruptions are expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues afterward.
Deployment Schedule:
Fixed an issue where the Containment Threats page would fail to load due to delays in
file verdicts from the rating service. A timeout mechanism has been added—if verdicts
take too long, the page now loads successfully with “Error” shown in the platform and
Admin rating columns.
Resolved an issue that caused significant delays in Device Control logs appearing on the portal due to high message queue volume. Logs now display in near real-time after device enrolment.
Fixed an issue where the warning message for installing preview versions was displayed as a placeholder key instead of a user-friendly message during the update process.
Fixed an issue where an incorrect or unrelated file name was displayed in the
breadcrumb and file summary section on the Contained Threats > File Info page. The file name now reflects the correct associated threat.
Resolved an issue where threats executed through Windows Terminal were not properly
contained due to a misconfigured ignore rule for UWP apps. Child processes are now
correctly included in containment actions. PowerShell 7 (pwsh.exe) is also now
recognized under script analysis for improved coverage.

Additional benefits include customizable output options, such as assigning specific names and destinations to the converted files. The software’s user-friendly interface makes it easy for both beginners and experts to navigate. It also supports the exclusion of attachments during conversion, allowing for cleaner outputs. This software is available for both Windows and Mac, and works reliably on all recent versions of these operating systems.

When it comes to UI/UX, every new feature launch will have an enhanced look and feel eg. Marketplace, Managed AI, Patch Management+ , carefully designed to make your workflows smoother and more efficient.
Our core RMM functionalities continue to be a top priority and are always factored into our planning. The 2025 Q4 roadmap includes some of the most highly requested features — including PowerShell and CMD batch scripting, Patch Management for Linux and macOS, and Advanced Reporting — along with several other key enhancements.
This year-end is set to be a major milestone for ITarian!
]]>However, as MSPs managing real-world networks every day, we still face critical challenges with the current RMM platform.
The feedback.itarian.com page is filled with dozens of requests — not just for UI improvements, but for core functionality enhancements that directly impact our ability to deliver reliable service.
These aren’t fringe requests — they’re foundational needs. And they’ve been consistently raised by users across the platform (for example in a your previous post you talked about UI redesign in the roadmap)
Thanks for listening — and for continuing to build a platform that evolves with us.
]]>We’re rolling out an important release today and tomorrow for ITarian Platform, along with agents including the Communication Client for Windows, and macOS, and Android MDM Agent.
This update introduces new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for the Platform, improving platform functionality and user experience. It also includes updates to the CC Windows, RC Windows, RC macOS, and Android MDM Agent, enhancing communication, remote control capabilities, and mobile device management.

You’re right that recent updates have focused primarily on backend stability. That’s because we’ve been laying the groundwork for our next major leap: ITarian Managed AI.
This will give MSPs like you the ability to:
• Deploy prebuilt AI agents for sales, support, operations, and IT tasks
• Offer AI management as a service to your clients — creating an entirely new revenue stream
• Build and customize your own AI agents to automate repetitive workflows
Just as MSPs manage IT infrastructure today, you will soon be able to manage AI infrastructure, and we’re giving you the first platform built specifically for that. The RMM will remain core to this vision — it will become the operational foundation for deploying and managing these AI agents across your client base.
In parallel, Itarian is also evolving into “Patch Management+” — with built-in compliance and vulnerability management. This enables you to deliver enterprise-grade security assessments, continuous vulnerability scanning, automated patching, and compliance reporting (CIS 8.0, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS and more) — all under your own brand. We are also expanding patch management support to Linux and macOS, so you can manage and secure every endpoint in your clients’ environments from a single platform.
You can generate professional reports for clients and auditors, track patch jobs, detect software drift, and provide clear remediation plans — turning compliance from a manual burden into a profitable, automated service.
Thank you again for your patience and for being part of this journey — the best is just ahead.
Best regards,
Product Management Team
ITarian
Recent updates seem focused mainly on bug fixes and backend stability, with no clear signs of innovation in areas like automation, AI integration, or advanced endpoint management. Meanwhile, competitors are actively investing in AI-driven workflows, patch intelligence, and proactive diagnostics.
Additionally, I’ve sent a couple of emails to [email protected] over the past few weeks and haven’t received any response. This silence — combined with the absence of a public roadmap — gives the impression that the RMM product is no longer a strategic priority, and that the company’s focus has shifted toward cybersecurity services under Xcitium.
If that’s the case, I believe the community deserves a clear update so we can make informed decisions about continuing to invest in the platform.
Could you please share any updates on the roadmap and the future direction of Itarian RMM?
Thank you.
