While trying to play games on the device, even simple racing games require the use of key-mapping because the Android-based environment does not properly support keyboard controls.

For a device sold as a laptop, basic keyboard and input compatibility should work properly without requiring external mapping tools.

  1. Dependence on Android-Based OS

The continued dependence on the Android-based PrimeOS environment is a major limitation.
This system lacks proper desktop-level support for office software, development tools, and many PC applications.

Users should have the option to switch to other operating systems such as Linux or Windows-based environments without unnecessary restrictions or paid unlocking methods.

As a customer, my expectation is that once the hardware is purchased, I should have reasonable freedom to manage storage, configure the system, and install a compatible operating system of my choice, provided that it does not violate warranty terms.

Currently, the inability to freely partition storage, unlock the system, or install another OS creates the impression that the hardware is being artificially limited.

There should be greater transparency regarding these limitations at the time of purchase.
This would help build trust with customers who want to use the device for more than basic browsing and media consumption, for example gaming, programming, office work, or other productive tasks.

I strongly suggest that future updates or models provide:
