missing note problem

   I will request an investigation by a Happiness Engineer into your missing note. Shall I proceed and submit the details you provided (account (email visible only to moderators and staff); iOS app v4.55; missing note created ~14:30–17:00 today; you accessed the same account on another device just before the issue)?
