FreeScout has been a game changer for my business, I am surprised so many businesses aren’t using it. Especially since it’s so easily expandable and customizable. I have a custom Twilio integrated support form now, no other platform was able to do this so easily.

This is only great open source alternative for HelpScout. Using this for events and collaboration between teams for small projects. Indeed its very good option compared to paid services if you want to keep an archive of your data forever and prevent data access by service provider.
