Report Hazing
A hazing incident may be reported by anyone. If you have witnessed or have knowledge of a possible hazing incident, report the incident immediately using this form and/or the police. Hazing is illegal, violates SIU Code of Conduct, and violates all SIU fraternities and sororities policies.
