That controller is not used by just the ICE version, it's better to use a generic name then.
I have a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER Eagle OC 12G and it uses the same hexadecimal values for IDs.
In fact it gets recognised in OpenRGB as an ICE one due to that.
