Rename the chapter {alter_move-partition} to {alter_move_to_table-partition} because we suddenly have 2 chapters with the same name

What about

ALTER {#query_language_queries_alter}

We should change it to ALTER TABLE using the same logic?

No, I don't think so. Topics (anchors) must be unique across .md . Before my fix that document had two topics with the same name and the same anchor about two different alter move commands. Thus, the anchor navigation had not work.
