We currently have support for things like "Enable Chrome" in the device picker if the Chrome device is available, but the current project does not support it.

We don't have the same for emulators (eg. devices that aren't running yet), but it would make sense to. Eg. you open a project without an ios folder, click the Device Manager and see "Enable for iOS Development" or similar, which would run flutter create . and then "Start iOS Emulator" should show up.
