+ also detect if a path of URL are pasted in, and jump to the correct flow accordingly. Fixes #3635.

This is work mostly done by @EhsanAramide with a little tweaking and some tests. There are new entries at the top of the package list for entering path/Git dependencies (they'll disappear as soon as you type to filter):
These options will prompt for a path/URL(/etc.), although you can also just paste a URL/path directly into that first prompt and hit
<enter>.
