Chrome is not detected after restarting VSCode #4227

Describe the bug
Chrome is not detected after restarting VSCode but it is in terminal.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a new Web project on terminal:
flutter create demodemo2 --platforms web - Run:
code demodemo2 Chrome (web-javascript)is showed inFlutter devicepane of VSCode- Close VSCode
- Run VSCode from launcher
No Deviceis showed inFlutter devicepane- Restart VSCode from terminal
- Go to step 3
Expected behavior
Chrome should always be detected no matter which media VSCode was started on.
