Currently, we have Flutter: Clean Project, which only runs flutter clean on the currently selected working folder in the workspace.

However, when you have multiple folders in a workspace, there is no way to clean all their build files at once.

Suggestion: Add a Flutter: Clean All Projects, similar to the existing Flutter: Get Packages For All Projects.
