Since Cursor doesn't support the VS Code MCP APIs (requested here), MCP servers must be registered explicitly.

We should detect when running in cursor and show a prompt that just triggers the URL from the button at https://github.com/dart-lang/ai/tree/main/pkgs/dart_mcp_server#cursor
