Converters do only relate to the internal representation of our analysis (TFG) but also to the web editor, dfd metamodel and pcm-extension.
As we do not have one single big "mono-repository" the converters should be moved to their own repository.

This improves the separation of our analysis core and makes the dependencies of the converters explicit.
