Provlepsi allows business to forecast of food sales for various businesses to allow them to prepare for customer demand.
We got the training.csv file from: https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/demand-forecasting-kernels-only/data.
It also had a test.csv file available but we didn't find the test data to be random enough for us to assess the quality of our app, so we introduced variance in it before the running the model
