Hey, I'm Nathan!

About Me

I'm a fourth year Computer Science student at the University of Toronto. For hobbies and projects I like to develop any kind of software (frontend with Angular, backend with Express, games with Unity, Discord bots with js, ...).

On the professional side of things, I have co-op experience in the following roles:

  • Software Developer Co-op at Oracle NetSuite
  • Software Developer Co-op on the Cloud team at Caseware
  • Software Developer Co-op at Genexis Design Inc. (part time)

Tech:

Of course, the obligatory section listing some of the technologies I've had the chance to use.

Languages:

JavaScript TypeScript Java C# C Python

And of course the more obscure, but cool ones like Racket, Haskell, Prolog (Thanks CSCC24), and ... MIPS assembly (never again - CSCB58)

And some experience with state management tools like Redux/NgRx and styling libraries such as Tailwind

I've mainly used Docker/Docker Compose to deploy applications to VMs on GCE or Azure Container apps using Github Actions
