The Microphone jack is wired for stereo, by bridging Tip and Ring together.

If you use a mono mic, with just Tip and Sleeve, the Sleeve touches the Ring contact in the connector. This causes the microphone to not work.

We should put MICBIAS on Ring and just take the output from Tip, without joining them together.
