Rename the project from agentscan to agentcheck to avoid conflict with Snyk's agent-scan tool. Updates all references across Go source, imports, module path (go.mod), Makefile, .goreleaser.yml, .golangci.yml, README, and demo script. Binary entrypoint moved from cmd/agentscan to cmd/agentcheck. Config file name (.agentscan.yaml → .agentcheck.yaml) and env var (AGENTSCAN_CONFIG → AGENTCHECK_CONFIG) updated accordingly. All tests pass.
