  • Project: Infotainment and Connected Car (JLR Client)

This project focuses on collecting data from various sensors and electronic equipment in the vehicle, including the Electronic Control Module (ECM), Body Control Module (BCM), Transmission Control Module (TCM), and Power Control Module (PCM).

The ECU analyzes this data to assess performance, identify critical alerts, estimate the life of components based on wear and tear, etc. Critical alerts are communicated to a centralized cloud database. This collected data can then assist mechanics in making informed decisions during servicing or alert customers about potential critical faults in the vehicle based on the ECM's analysis for safety of the vehicle.

  • Role and Responsibility: Design and development in handling the critical faults against the threshold limits, relaying the critical data to the cloud using the Proprietary protocol.
