Description

This PR updates the project to use Gradle 9.0.0.
The release notes are available here.

Changes made

  • Update to Gradle 9.0.0.
  • Don't fail the build if a module doesn't contain any test (this is a change of behavior coming from Gradle 9.0.0).
  • Address various compilation warnings.
