Reinstate geovista in the py314 YAML files when pyvista is 3.14 compatible i.e., when geovista 0.6.0 is available.

Background

Due to pyvista not yet being py3.14 ready, the geovista dependency in the py3.14 lockfiles to avoid holding back Iris's py3.14 compatibility (see #6816)

Action required

When a py314 compatible release of pyvista geovista is available:

• Uncomment geovista as a dependency in requirements/py314.yml
• Refresh the 314 lock file: requirements/locks/py314-linux-64.lock
