Defaults to output to stdout, with an optional argument to a file.
Save stdout of expanded template in CMake variable then write to single CMake file. This may improve performance.

Default the expand script to output to stdout. Add a
-oflag to output to a file. This enabled concatenation of outputs in CMake.
