Basic Auth is not passed through with PHP in CGI mode

As per [this thread](http://boards.developerforce.com/t5/Apex-Code-Development/Connecting-Salesforce-to-Wordpress-via-JSON-REST-API/m-p/688961), it appears auth headers might get dropped. We should look into parsing the Authentication header manually if the other parts aren't set.
