Applied automated code review feedback to improve documentation formatting consistency:

Link formatting:

• Converted bare GitHub URLs to Markdown links ([#11682](...)) in both audit logging docs

Note structure:

• Removed unusual blockquote heading (> ###) from framework audit-logging.md
• Consolidated multi-paragraph Blazor Server limitation note into single concise paragraph
• Preserves proper document structure and TOC generation

No content changes—same information, better formatting consistency with framework documentation standards.

How to test it?

Documentation-only changes. Verify Markdown renders correctly and links are functional.
