This relates to #278.
I'm quite happy of these changes, because now we have first class support for component inheritance in AndroidAnnotations.
It will also fix #258, and will surely save a few pinguins, dolphins and horses.
I hope I didn't introduce much bugs, well, we'll see what comes out :) . The tests are all green, at least :) .
