Hello there! I’m Aniket Rege.

  • 📈 I'm a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, advised by Yong Jae Lee (WAIV Lab) and Ramya Vinayak (RamyaLab)
  • 🎓 I finished my Masters from The University of Washington, working with the RAIVNLab on adaptive representation learning (i.e. Matryoshka Representation Learning 🪆).
  • 👀 I’m interested in demographically diverse generative models and learning representations for efficient large-scale multimodal retrieval that can power downstream reasoning and reliable grounding.
