Toned down the Maven4 sec dispatcher messages.
Examples:
Failure to start Maven (due non-decryptable passwords):

$ mvn clean

Toned down the Maven4 sec dispatcher messages. Also, IF maven3 passwords detected AND there was
.mvn/extensions.xmlthe warnings were doubled.Examples:
