[MTOOLCHAINS-21] plugin wiki never migrated from Codehaus #91

Ilya Basin opened MTOOLCHAINS-21 and commented
There's a dead link "plugin's wiki page" on the plugin's About page.
Looks like "MAVENUSER" was never migrated to cwiki.apache.org and any useful information about this plugin is lost. I desperately tried to find an archived copy on web.archive.org, but it's not there.
If you have a copy, please publish it.
