LGTM, might be worth trying to get a basic unit test covering this method, since I see there isn't one, but it does look like a fiddly method to test given what it's doing, so might be out of scope given how little you've changed.

SUMMARY
The
database.get_indexesmethod, which in turn callsinspector.get_indexes, gets called twice on theget_extra_table_metadatacall, which causes unnecessary query overhead.
