This pull request introduces support for per-app network policies, allowing users to configure ingress (incoming) and egress (outgoing) traffic rules for each application. It adds new fields to the data model and database schema, provides a UI for editing network policies, ensures these policies are enforced during deployment, and warns users if their settings may block external traffic to configured domains.
