Update status of BIPs 157 and 158 from Draft to Final. As described in https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/8ee8a951c205c5365f7557253b8fffc12e6e670c/doc/bips.md, BIPs 157 and 158 have been deployed since 2020: Compact Block Filters for Light Clients can be indexed as of v0.19.0 (PR #14121) and served to peers on the P2P network as of v0.21.0 (PR #16442).
Also add
Requiresheaders in the two BIPs, as they require each other.
