configure: error: libdb_cxx headers missing, Bitcoin Core requires this library for BDB wallet support (--without-bdb to disable BDB wallet support)

On master (a0489f3) the
configurescript is not able to determine that Homebrew'sberkeley-db4package is uninstalled. This causes a compile error on macOS.With this PR, and with the uninstalled
berkeley-db4package:Related #20478.
