fa18553 fuzz: Remove addrdb fuzz target (MarcoFalke) Pull request description: The target has several issues: * It is named incorrectly (`addrdb`, but it constructs a `CBanEntry`) * It doesn't do anything meaningful, other than consuming one integer and passing it to a constructor * It consumes CPU time that can be used for the other targets * It is redundant with the banman fuzz target Fix all by removing it.
