NOTE FOR PULL REQUESTS: I DO NOT ACCEPT MASS ADDS. If you have 5-6 really awesome parts, I'll accept a pull request, but if you have say 10+ parts, I will not. Select only the neatest. Also, make sure JLCPCB offers the parts, if they're intended for board mounting!
awesome cheap and reliable 3.3V fixed output linear regulator with up to 1A driving capability, there is also a 5V variant, both are basic parts at JLCPCB
RDA5815 - 250 to 2300MHz - I/Q output - $3.18 ea? mentioned by RFS on my discord.
MAX2120:
$3
Officially 925 to 2175MHz
Probably works down at around 860-930MHz Not Does not work for 2.4GHz
1 SS I/Q Output
Fully integrated
Programmable bandwidth 4-40MHz
Analog Out
RF2051TR13
$8
30 to 2500MHz
2SS Real Only
Analog Out
Fully integrated. Unknown bandwidth control.
at86rf215:
$6
389 to 2483 MHz, but spotty random parts (Supports 860-930 OR 2.4GHz)
1 SS I/Q Output
Fully integated
⚠️ May not be able to interface to CH32V305
4MHz Bandwidth MAX
R820T2:
$3
Supports 50M-1GHz
30 - 1800MHz realistically.
IF output ONLY
Would require 20MSPS ADC.
Downconverter:
LTC5567
300 MHz to 4GHz
$6.197 $1
Downconverter only real only, output must be AC, 5 to 2500 MHz
No internal PLL
ADL5801
10 to 6000 MHz
$6.47 @ 100
Up/down converter (Real only, no oscallator)
LT5560
0.01 to 4000 MHz
$3.58 @ 100
Seems very basic and generic (Interesting) Looks like it can downconvert close to DC?
AD8342
Low to 3800 MHz
$1.95 @ 100
Seems basic and generic.
IQ Demodulator
LTC5586
$20 ($9.66 @ 1k)
300 to 6000MHz
Includes PGA
Quadrature output with single fLO
LTC5594
$40 ($19.39 @ 1k)
500 to 9000MHz
Includes PGA
Quadrature output with single fLO
ADL5380ACPZ-R7
400 to 6000 MHz
$14 ($9@1k)
Looks very simple and clear.
Recommend broad spectrum balun TCM1-63AX+
Synthesizer:
ADF4350
$4.87 @ 100
No quadrature output
137.5 to 4400 MHz
ADF4351
$12.98 @ 100
No quadrature output
35 to 4400 MHz
SI5351A
$0.55 @ 1000
2.5kHz to 200MHz
3 unique outputs
ADF4106
$3.30 @ 1000
REQUIRES External PLL!
But dual-part, "Could" go up to 6GHz but needs to be paired with a VCO
LMX2572
$10ish
12.5MHz to 6.4GHz
Two outputs
FYI INMARSAT Aero is 3600 - 3629MHz

8473.30 -> The board must be used in conjunction with a programmable machine (under HTS section 8471), in that it must meet the following requirements:
Storing the processing program or programs and at least the data immediately necessary for the execution of the program.
Being freely programmable in accordance with the requirements of the user.
Performing arithmetical computations specified by the user AND
Executing, without human intervention, a processing program which requires them to modify their exeuction, by logical decision during the processing run.
Also, another friend mentioned 8537.10.9170 is a common entry for general purpose circuit boards for controlling things. So may want to look into that if appropriate for your uses. Note: This has a 27% Tarriff at least in Oct, 2024
