We are providing an interface to citizen where they can report their issue related to their constituency and those issues will be directly visible to everyone as well as those issues will be reported to concern authorities automatically based on accumulation of one week.

For approaching authorities we are accumulating results and sharing these result on social media on their public profile to gain some better attention. Moreover we will also ping this statistics to their public numbers and will interact with the person who reported these issues via web or sms to update them about status of their report.
