std::allocator_traitsで代替する話は非推奨・削除対象となったメンバ全般が対象となるのでそのように変更std::allocator<void>がrebindを目的として使われることの説明が見当たらなかったので追加std::allocator<void>の特殊化の削除はstd::allocator<void>の使用禁止を意味しないことを追記
