We would like to hotfix this version of DWDS into Flutter stable to resolve #2297
This hotfix cherry-picks the following changes on top of DWDS version 21.0.0:
casterror when debugging from VSCode #2303Classinspection #2310I've disabled testing against the main branch of the Dart SDK for DWDS. The Github action is incorrectly pulling an old version of Dart (from November) from https://storage.googleapis.com/dart-archive/channels/be/raw/latest instead of https://storage.googleapis.com/dart-archive/channels/main/raw/latest
