This search should use collateral keyID, not the masternode keyID like in usual search by keyID.
This function is called only from
ComputeBlockVersionfromsrc/validation.cpp(https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/develop/src/validation.cpp#L1959),voutMasternodePaymentscontains collateral transaction outs.
