Issue Description

Right now all release binaries have the same name:

• alizer-darwin-amd64
• alizer-linux-amd64
• alizer-linux-ppc64le
• alizer-linux-s390x
• alizer-windows-amd64

So is hard to distinguish binaries from their version.

Aceptance Criteria

• The release.yaml should create binaries with the tag included in the filename.
• Readme.md should have correct naming for binaries.
