Issue Description

We should investigate the usage of the devfile library as part of the devfile port detection process. Some items that we need to clarify could be:

• Is the devfile library currently supporting what alizer need to detect ports in a devfile?
• How we can track the devfile library releases?
• Should we update the Alizer release process after importing the devfile library?

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a new issue (as part of the current epic) which will cover all actions needed to be done for tracking the library releases and the update of the alizer release process (if is needed).
• Update the Implement alizer support for devfile port detection #1331 if there is a need to add more features to the devfile library in order to support alizer needs.
