Description of the Change
This PR contains the exclusion of virtual folders from account processing. Also, the debug output now contains the actual numbers of messages a folder contains (no accumulated async numbers anymore).
Benefits
This fixes number inconsistencies when using Thunderbird's search folders or other virtual folders.
