Pull Request Overview
This PR bumps version numbers for both stable and non-stable projects in the ML.NET repository. The stable projects are being updated for a new major release (6.0.0), while non-stable projects receive a minor version increment (0.24.0).
- Stable project major version increased from 5 to 6
- Non-stable project minor version increased from 23 to 24
