Linux-arm64 Mono LLVM FullAOT leg frequently times out #80805
Description
The leg has a timeout of 5 hours and has frequently timed out. The AOT step takes up most of the time, but it also appears the queue is backed up.
We should consider slimming down the amount of tests that run per PR and save the full run for the rolling build.
