The concurrent tasks are having trouble running in a nested process. Will need to look into it at another point.

…anhammond Update exists-sync to the latest version 🚀 ## Version **0.0.4** of [exists-sync](https://github.com/ember-cli/exists-sync) just got published. <table> <tr> <th align=left> Dependency </td> <td> exists-sync </td> </tr> <tr> <th align=left> Current Version </td> <td> 0.0.3 </td> </tr> <tr> <th align=left> Type </td> <td> dependency </td> </tr> </table> The version **0.0.4** is **not covered** by your **current version range**. Without accepting this pull request your project will work just like it did before. There might be a bunch of new features, fixes and perf improvements that the maintainers worked on for you though. I recommend you look into these changes and try to get onto the latest version of exists-sync. Given that you have a decent test suite, a passing build is a strong indicator that you can take advantage of these changes by merging the proposed change into your project. Otherwise this branch is a great starting point for you to work on the update. --- <details> <summary>Commits</summary> <p>The new version differs by 11 commits .</p> <ul> <li> <a At this point I have very basic versions of build & server both working against the basic EAK scaffold. I'd like to start testing this now and figuring out where we need to make it configurable.
To build, run:
To fire up a preview server run:
I've tried to keep the grunt stuff decoupled as much as possible from the CLI; hopefully this will make integrating broccoli easier, and give us something that we can use while that work is being done.
What do you think, @stefanpenner? Is this good enough to get an initial merge?
