Fix a logic bug that caused an error when checking specific areas

When using `@include_query_hash_totals = 1` an error would be generated due to a missing comma
* health parser was missing information in raised messages * pressure detector had some misaligned list items

Made sp_HumanEventsBlockViewer able to use the ring buffer for system_health.
actually just to compare these differences. cross computer development is stupid sometimes.
