Bluetooth still ocasionally not available after reboot, with R2 Release Candidate #1314

With ev3dev-stretch R2 Release Candidate, snapshot-ev3dev-stretch-ev3-generic-2019-09-08.img.xz
I have to say the bluetooth is a lot more stable than before. But I still encountered the problem once.
After starting up, BT is not available, and it went away after a reboot.
