There seems to be many users of Go feature server but the docker image is not officially published in the quay.io registry. Currently all users build manually using:

• Dockerfile - https://github.com/feast-dev/feast/blob/master/go/infra/docker/feature-server/Dockerfile
• make build-go-docker-dev - https://github.com/feast-dev/feast/blob/master/Makefile#L771

Describe the solution you'd like
As part of Feast release, build and publish feature-server-go image in quay.io registry
Also need an update to the official documentation about Go feature server here - https://docs.feast.dev/reference/feature-servers/go-feature-server?fallback=true
