The Engine -> Framework roll is failing starting with flutter/flutter#96970.
The Dart SDK roll in that roll contains https://dart.googlesource.com/sdk.git/+/85a87ca7ae6c9f028a0cbf6d8de3563b9a19b8e7 which appears to be breaking analysis etc. in the framework. @dcharkes
